The interview process consisted of two steps. An initial conversation with HR followed by a meeting with a manager. Both interactions were professional and seemed promising, and I was told to expect a follow-up from HR within one to two weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any response or update after that point. The lack of communication and consideration was disappointing, especially after investing time in the process.
