George Weston Interview Questions

It was completely negative experience. I lost days trying to get a job. I was never asked any legal question. I was called for the third interview in person just to be judged by my look. During the interviews I was asked lot of personal questions.

It was pretty straight forward, the phone interview was to get the basic information about my relevant experience, reason I applied. there are 3 more interviews with HR, department head and someone else. HR interview was easy

the first interview was through the phone, I didn't get the offer after the first phone interview but the HR manager told me they have 2-3 steps more after passing the phone interview.

30 minute phone interview with an HR company. A lot of behavioural questions. The process took a couple of days and follow-up interviews are about a week after the initial one.

Received a phone call from a HR from third party. The phone screening took about 30-45 mins. She did some introduction for the company and the interview process and the asked some general questions. If being selected, you will proceed with virtual interview that is 2.5 hrs long, consisting of case and 2 rounds of interview with different people.

Phone interview by HR agency, can’t find my resume at the beginning and had no idea which team I’m interested in. Tried to tell me more about the team that I’m not interested then saying that I’m not interested in the position

The interview process is pretty simple. First is the behavioural round which is basically just HR questions. Secondly is a super day where it is mostly behavioural but theres an M&A case which is also fairly simple. Overall the process is pretty quick and the team is nice.
