Georgetown Day School interview questions

I had to meet with the assistant head of school, director of diversity, equity and inclusion, assistant principal, the grade level team I was applying to. I then performed a demo lesson and had to submit a written sample and do a phone interview with the principal.

I applied and went through the process remotely as I would not be in DC before the school year started. They were very accomodating and made the phone interviews as informative and friendly as possible. We exchanged brief email correspondence followed by two interviews before I was given an official offer.
