An encouraging, pleasant initial phone screening was followed by a more extensive phone interview with a panel of five interviewers. Many questions were vague. When I tried to engage the interviewers to obtain more specifics about a few questions, none were given. Their demeanor suggested that I was the final interview and they had their sights set on another candidate. I received a rejection email a few hours later, somewhat confirming my suspicions.
