The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GfyCat in Jul 2016
Interview
First an initial phone screen, where the interviewer asked questions about experience; next an on-site interview where I was asked a few more experience questions and questions about fit for the company. The interview process moved very quickly, which I appreciated. Definitely a positive experience--Gfycat was very straightforward about expectations and the interview process.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GfyCat (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Initial phone screen was fairly standard - previous experience, skills, culture fit etc..
After the phone screen, received coding assignment on email which was to be done on JS fiddle.
Got a call after submitting the assignment about on-site interview the following week.
On-site interview process was pretty casual and quite enjoyable. Spoke with 3 separate engineers. Each focused on different aspects of programming, with whiteboard coding. Towards the end of it, talked at length about current trends in web development. Sent a followup email and received an offer after a couple days.
