Sounds like working hours not very flexible for the USA team, early to go office, and have to align internally after the team meeting with US is finished in the evening.

Interview
Very easy to get hired. Basically if you speak English/Chinese reasonably well, and have working status, you can get hired. Turnover is very high so they have to continuously hire. They will want some experience in their industry, but not absolutely necessary. HR does not really get involved in the process, it's based on the manager's decision.
