The interview process has three rounds, a phone screen with HR, an onsite with the team, and a final round with the hiring manager. The process moved quickly. The organization was focused on getting me to highlight my work ethic, why I wanted to work at a startup, and what I could bring to the team as a whole. I didn't feel like they were pressuring me too much numbers, but I'd imagine my references were asked.
