There was no interview it was just a group orientaition. they take you on a tour of the factory. then he shows you how to use an electric pallet jack or hand truck. then tells you about the saftey exit and alarm system which is just a bunch of airhorns. then you go in a room upstairs and set through the most boring videos ever with these little remotes. he literally will tell you every answer. then those who are staying and the cake plant will go eat lunch. the ones who are going to the pasta plant will walk or drive over there then get they're badges made then eat lunch. after that the production workers will work the rest of the day or go home it just depends. then the dock workers will watch a forklift safety video and then take a forklift driving test which is 49 Questions which again he will tell you every answer to. then you will go home or take a tour of the dock you never know out there.
