Interviews at Giltner

Anonymous Employee
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Giltner
First, I interviewed with the Talent Acquistion and then with the Operations Manager who were both super nice. The first interview was over the phone while the second one was in-person.
- Why are you leaving your current job?

Anonymous Employee in Fayetteville, AR
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Giltner (Fayetteville, AR) in May 2022
Very relaxed. Just asked a few basic questions about my resume and then about what my scheduling would look like as well as my responsibilities for the upcoming summer would be and who I would be working under
- Walk me through your resume

I applied online. I interviewed at Giltner in Dec 2020
Received a fast response following my application submission and was contacted via email to set up an initial interview. Initial interview was with HR out of the Twin Falls office. Was informed if I made it to the second round of interviews it would be with the hiring manager. Did not make it passed the HR interview and was notified via email. Not impressed with this company overall. Due to pay rate for this role-- which was $13-$15 an hour, I would not have accepted or moved forward in the hiring process for that reason alone. They should post pay rate range in their job postings because their website claims they have "competitive wages" and they really don't. Posting pay rate is a good way to filter out applicants that would not apply for this role if the pay rate was lower than they are willing to accept, which saves the time of not only the interviewee, but also the company.
- Tell me about yourself (professionally and personally)
- What do you know about Giltner?
- What is your expected compensation?
- Are you okay with being on call for 1 week every 3 months?

Anonymous Employee in Boise, ID
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Giltner (Boise, ID) in Jul 2020
One phone screening, one video interview, and another phone 'conversation'. Interviewers were knowledgeable, professional, and to the point. Process was easy to follow and everyone I dealt with was very forthcoming with my many questions. I was actually denied the position via email, then very quickly called and offered a position. This was obviously a mistake which can happen in the recruitment process and I have nothing but good things to say about Giltners recruiting/hiring process. Very transparent.
- Tell me about a time your leader was unhappy with your performance
- What is your favorite thing about sales

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Giltner (Fayetteville, AR) in Jul 2018
Summary Went over the process of how day to day operations are and what to expect, explained in detail that asking questions is the quickest and most efficient way to learn.
- Tell us about a time that you had a difficult time making a tough decision. How did you go about the process

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Giltner (Twin Falls, ID) in Mar 2018
Initial phone interview was with HR/ and then interviewed with panel. Very relaxed and comfortable setting great information about the company, I hope to get an offer! I am a great fit!

Anonymous Employee in Jerome, ID
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Giltner (Jerome, ID)

Anonymous Employee in Twin Falls, ID

Preliminary phone interview and follow up face to face interview. Experience was very pleasant and positive! I really felt that all interviewers were looking to place me in a position that best matched my experience, not just filling a desk with a warm body.
- Two way conversational dialogue that felt very natural and welcoming.
