Gleeson interview questions

Open day, 30 candidates. No one to one interview, group exercises only. No real opportunity to meet hiring managers face to face despite them being there. Varied vacancies in different departments.

Amazing experience! I applied for the role and got a call the next day which got me booked into the first slot for the interview. I had to wait a week to find out if I got the role or not because of other interviews, but they were very open and told me when I would find out. I got a call the first thing on the morning telling me I got the job! The process was only one interview, I had to write a response letter and then was asked questions. I was excited but nervous for the interview but the managers were very welcoming and made me felt at ease.
