The interview included the human resources manager and Statutory Electrical Engineer. The interview went for about 45 minutes. It was a very casual interview. The questions were very standard questions for the type of role.

It was a formal interview with two industry experts and a HR officer. I was asked both personality and technical knowledge questions. They were all friendly and supportive throughout the interview.

Standard interview process. ~1 hour interview with a mixture of situational, behavioural and technical questions. Questions surrounded teamwork, safety, experience, and why you want to be part of the team.
