The process involves 4 stages. I passed just two of them. The first stage was a screening with the HR. The second one was still with the HR but the questions sere behaviour questions
I was given three interviews during the space of one day. 2 technical ones with senior managers and one with HR which was competency based or personality based. in person interview, following a self-recorded video interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glencore (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018
Interview
I got a call from a Glencore Mine for a telephone interview. It was pretty smooth , questions that was asked was mainly personality questions. They hired me on the spot.
