Glispa interview questions

It wasn't structured at all. The HR was wanting a smoke break and the whole culture looked fragile. Later half of the staff wasn't even ready to speak. Some had too bad an attitude.

The recruiter forgot it. After 10 min, I wrote an email to her, and she called me back. The interview lasted only 10 min by asking very very basic question, such as when can you start to work for us? how much salary do you want? what kind of visa do you hold
