I agree don’t work here even there interview process was unprofessional. I was connected by gcs from another job agency. My first day I was turned away because the gentlemen that was suppose to interview me was supposedly on vacation and a lady told me to come back tomorrow. The atmosphere was toxic. People were incredibility rude. I was tryin to make small talk with my peers, I asked one women a question she ignored me. Her friend answer my question with an attitude. The same women that ignored my question complained on and on about her last job and how her schedule was only going to be part time cuz she has kids. She even didn’t know what the word revenue meant. She kept calling this guy across from her smart cuz he was knowledgeable about the interview process and actually read the job description. She was impressed wit the fact he still in school working towards his associates. But he looks 50, no shade to him but the way she was talkin makes it seems like obtains an associate was next to impossible. I had two copies of my resume which cover two pages. I had recommendations from two managers. I had to wait two hours just to be interviewed once while everyone who was there got hired was interviews twice. I was the last to be called and even when hr rep, she was a medium built Hispanic women with glasses and low bun. She came in the room and took another women who came an hour after me. The hr rep was rude and unprofessional. I pass the first assessment but the rep told me I will receive a response in 3 weeks. I knew they weren’t going to hire me, but why waste my time. She took both of my resumes when she only needed one. She asked for references when I know she didn’t anyone else. Then she creepily follows me as I walked out, as if to make sure I leave or to make sure I didn’t see all the other people she hired before me in the waiting room. I had to run into the ladies bathroom just to get away from this necessarily aggressive and awkward female. I had an open availability but I guess I wasn’t ghetto enough for them. Lol They never contacted me, ever btw. Not even to say yes or no. There lost cuz I’m makin wayyyy more money somewhere else and I get to use my phone and work alone.
