Tl:Dr - not worth it unless you have all the time in the world.
I was initially approached on LinkedIn, and after an initial chat with a recruiter and some personal research, I accepted starting an interview process for the Java Software engineer position. At this point the recruiter couldn't answer some questions about the company and the processes, but I guess that was ok, since people often lack visibility on some parts of the company.
This is where things got weird. I was scheduled a first interview without any context. Just an invite in my calendar. I asked the recruiter for guidelines (e.g., what's the interview about?) and just got a simple "it's a tech interview". For the sake of preparation, this is as good as nothing. I did the first interview, and to my surprise I didn't get any communication, just another invite the week after. Note that I had no clue if it was another interview or simply a feedback call. Again, no info from the recruiter.
I joined the second interview and there were 2 engineers there. Apparently I passed. Did the interview, and to this day (3 weeks in) I'm still not sure I made it. I've asked the recruiter and the process is waiting for the hiring manager, for the last 3 weeks.
