They seemed completely disorganized. They give you a test, then an interview. The test wasn't ready until 20 minutes after I arrived. Then, someone comes in every 5 minutes asking you questions during the test. Just overall not a great impression from them during that whole face to face, sell me on your company meeting. I wouldn't have taken an offer if given one considering the impression they left.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globalview Software in May 2016
Interview
Received a very basic phone interview. The interviewer began by discussing the company (I was never asked if I knew anything about the company), which then moved into some basic SQL Server related questions. When asked at the end about any questions I may have, I asked the interviewer to address concerns I had over former employee reviews on this website. I was later informed that the company would not be moving forward with the interviewing process as they "did not get the feeling that I had done my research." It is also important to note that I took the interview the same day it was offered.
I had 1 phone interview then had an in person interview that included "the test". Honestly, I was worried about the test but don't be. The thing was a joke and is what you would expect as a 1st assignment in college.
