Interview
I was contacted by the product lead directly through LinkedIn, and went straight for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 4 team leads who went through: culture fit, algorithm questions, software architecture questions and general optimisation problems/how to debug and test software.
The four interviews were interesting (specially architecture) but none of them were particularly difficult. I got an answer (positive) on the same day and accepted on the following week. Interviewers were friendly and engaging, and made the culture fit an important part of the interview.

Applied online, interview process lasted for about a month.

Everyone (except for the two senior engineers) was nice.

I got interview call through employee referral, it took 10 days to get the call. Only asked to implement least recently used ( lru) cache. They explained it throughly before starting

Dos programadores de la empresa plantean dos problemas algorítmicos, tienes que implementar sus soluciones y tests, en tu IDE. También hay que especificar la complejidad de ellas en Big O notation.
