I found the job posting on Linkedin Jobs and applied for it through the company's website. After that, I got an email to schedule a video interview. During the interview I learnt about the company, the web stack that they were using and got asked some basic computer science questions. After answering all the questions and expressing some of my own, I was asked if I want to proceed to next phase of the interviewing process at once. I agreed and continued the interview with one of the tech leads, who asked me more web development related question. We also had a livecoding session in which I had to perform some actions and write some code to prove my programming skills and thinking process. I got a job offer the following day.

The interview was through a video-call service and it lasted about 40 minutes. The most part of the time the interviewer was talking about the company successes but very little about the tech part, although it was an interview for a technological position.
