Since this was a senior position, the overall process was quite complex, but I was still amazed with the speed at which things were progressing. All the interviewers were super professional, and it was clear from the beginning that they're looking for the best talent.

- Product design interview was pretty casual
- No product sense interviews
- No clear career path design
- It seemed that people without strong product background are at senior levels. Does not inspire confidence

Interview
Had a first call with talent team and got scheduled a second one with the team recruiter. Interview got cancelled 10 minutes before. I was told I'd be rescheduled on the following day. They took more than a week to reply to let me know the position wasn't open anymore.

The Glovo interview process was well-structured and supportive. The CPO asked thoughtful questions about my past experience. Although I didn’t pass, I received detailed feedback that strongly informed my growth.
