El proceso de selección en Glovo es sorprendente. Además de ser muy eficiente, todo el tiempo te sientes acompañado (algo así 'como en casa'). Cada persona que te entrevista te explica detalladamente el cargo al que aplicas, pero también te permite experimentar la cultura organizacional, que sin duda es única y llena de energía positiva.

Durante el proceso te preguntan tanto sobre tu experiencia profesional, como de tus intereses y proyección personal. Diría que se dan el espacio de conocerte como una persona integral. Además hay una entrevista y una prueba técnica, una entrevista metodológica y una entrevista final enfocada en los valores de la empresa.

Video call with UXR Lead . You are asked several questions about your professional background, past work experiences, why you want to work in the company etc afterwards you get the exercise which is a hypothetical situation in which you can do a usability test or some sort of research plan plus presentation of insights . They value very much the part of how would you present the insights

Technical interview easy . Talking about working experience, projects done, how to deal with stakeholders, how to overcome difficult situations, where I see myself in 5 years
A entrevista tiene diferentes etapas. Sólo he participado en la primera fase en dos ofertas para el mismo puesto meses después. La experiencia fue agrable me sentí siento considerada y valorada. Mantienen las puertas abiertas y te reconsiderar para una futura oportunidad.
