I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona) in Mar 2019
Interview
Tech Recruiter, Home Exercise, Senior Developer, Tech Team.
I passed the first 2 steps, the third was with their Development Lead and I was not good enough for him so I haven't had a proposal. They made me wait from my homework to the final interview a lot, because they were growing and they forgot to follow up on some applications.
I applied online. I interviewed at Glovo in May 2026
Interview
The HR interview experience itself was positive, the recruiter was friendly, professional, and the conversation seemed well aligned with both the role and my background.
What was disappointing was receiving a rejection the next day stating that the decision was made after reviewing my CV.
Since the interview had already taken place and my experience matched the role requirements quite closely, this felt confusing and somewhat unprofessional.
I’d appreciate a more thorough CV screening before scheduling interviews, to better respect candidates’ time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Glovo (Madrid)
Interview
I have done two interviews: an HR one and a Technical (Live Coding) Interview. The HR interview was an easy one, asking about my technical background and experience. And the technical one was a medium-hard question interview.
I passed three interviews, including a presentation with a case study. Afterward, they told me their salary offer wasn't what I expected and that they would contact me again when the budget department spoke with me. Well, it turned out they scheduled another interview for a different position, this time with people from Portugal. It was completely different from what I had applied for.
