Glovo doesnt respond to applications despite the fact that they keep asking for people to apply. I tried several routes to apply however after follow ups there is no response. Its frustating. I have been in HR and I know that there is a possibility of a rejection and am not bothered by that however, not being acknowledged isnt okay ! Word of advise to HR folks - if you cant respond to applications for your own department then how would you take the ownership of responding to several applications that come in for other departments. You are possibly doing even a worse job there. 2. If someone is interested in your company then half your battle is won as you cannot replace passion with anything else. However, this is the mistake that most start ups who claim to be big, fail to acknowledge. They dont have the infrastructure to screen applications and then go for the top of the pile application.
