Had the interview with HR and hiring manager. Both are very nice. Candidate better know the company well before interview. Interview questions are quite standard, typical HR Qs and behaviour Qs. They would like to see you knowledge of the company.

5 Stages, HR Screen, Analytics test, Senior manager interview (Technical)1, Senior manager (Technical) 2, Business Case. Analytics test is timed, Similar to a highschool mathematics/logics test. Interview with HR is fairly straight-foward, usual questions (Tell me about you, your experience etc). Overall I scored this as a negative due to the timing. Large periods without any contact with HR, or the hiring manager, left wondering whether i had progressed and having to chase myself.
