The interview involved "what would you do" hypotheticals concerning teaching strategies. The set-up was awkward (the single individual physically present for the interviewsat behind the computer which faced me the entire interview, so I couldn't see him even when I spoke to him. All three panelists seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic about my candidacy and about the work generally.
