      English Teacher Interview

      Oct 21, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Lakewood, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goal Academy (Lakewood, CO) in Oct 2025

      Interview

Online application, followed by a second hybrid interview (on-site with a video call) with three employees, about twenty minutes. The interview involved "what would you do" hypotheticals concerning teaching strategies. The set-up was awkward (the single individual physically present for the interviewsat behind the computer which faced me the entire interview, so I couldn't see him even when I spoke to him. All three panelists seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic about my candidacy and about the work generally.
