Goal Academy interview questions

The interview process at Goal Academy felt highly structured, with mostly behavioral-based questions and little follow-up. While it was conducted professionally, it lacked a sense of genuine engagement with the interviewee. If you’re applying for an internal position, you’ll still need to approach the interview as if they don’t know you. Overall, I found the process quite challenging, especially for candidates with limited experience. The interviewers don’t take a lack of experience into consideration, so it’s essential to come fully prepared.

It was easy and relaxed. They asked mostly compliance questions. Have you ever written a transition iep? How do you manage your tasks? Etc. The interview didn’t last for more than 30 minutes. I got a call the same day with a job offer.
