Overall the process was very clear and transparent. I really appreciated the active communication and a clear timeline of next steps. It was very refreshing since so many organizations have made a poor habit of "ghosting" candidates.

During the meeting with the recruiter, I was informed that this position involved 30% travel within FL, GA, LA, NC, and SC. The hiring process is as follows: 1- screening and sharing their notes with the hiring manager, 2- interview with the hiring manager, 3- video interview with another area hiring manager, 4- deliver a presentation, 5- final virtual interview with the CEO, hiring manager, west coast lead: 5 people individually. Total time: 2 month process.
