When you first arrive, you have to fill out a 10 page application, regurgitating the information on your resume. Associate attorneys must work 8-6, M-F, with no vacation until after one year of employment, and then you only get 1 week, which you cannot take at Christmas. If you accept an offer, you must submit to a drug test and a credit and background check.
