Interview
Zoom call for first interview. Teams Meeting for second interview. Easy process for hiring. Interviews lasted 30 minutes. Easy questions, general personality questions, experience questions. Process wasn’t hard, went smoothly.
Group interview with managers and then a separate group interview right after with the district manager. It was awkward, and clearly meant to filter out people who weren’t social. That’s just stoners however. Only me and one other guy talked any longer than a minute at a time. It was really basic customer service questions. They don’t expect you to know next to anything about weed, just to have a good service and sales attitude. Honestly, pretty thorough for a minimum wage job interview.
Was not called back to be made aware that the position was filled after being told I would. Asked odd questions. Had to call back to inquire about the status of job. Was interviewed by different people than I was scheduled to interview with. Overall, unprofessional.
