Trainee test on online marketing topics (questions such as the difference between different types of online marketing techniques, calculations of different KPIs (CTR & s.o.), selecting a type of advertising and justifying the choice) 2. Skype interview with the HR and the Marketing Department (on general information about the candidate and also specific questions, such as definitions of SEO, SEM etc.)

I sent initial only my CV and I received an answer couple weeks after to complete a full application, as well as to send references and transcripts of my degrees. After one week I received an Online Marketing Test to do, that was excellent experience. I had enough time to get prepared. As soon as I sent the completed test, I received a message two days after for Skype Interview. The Skype Interview was from two people very pleasant with not difficult questions. After explaining the job role and the future of this position, I realised that I wasn't so interested. It was obvious to them also, so I did not receive an offer, but after sending an e-mail to them being honest about the Skype interview, I really liked their response admitting the same.
