Interview
In the beginning, HR department will call you. Then, if they think you have the qualifications they will interview you personally and you will have tests. It was a tough screening.
There are usually three to four technical rounds before a final decision is made. To boost your chances, ensure you're thoroughly prepared, confident, and clear on all technical concepts. Ensure you do know about the law firm. There can be questions about that too.

Work
Brief phone interview followed by an in-person meeting. The in-person consisted of 45 mins of skills testing on a computer, followed by a 30 min interview with HR and a senior legal assistant.
