Goodshop interview questions

The process was 3 steps: phone interview, in-person portfolio review, and two half days of in-house design challenge (paid spec work). Overall, I really like the team of people I encountered at Goodshop. However, they didn't keep with any of the communicated timetables, and I let some other leads go while waiting to hear a decision (lesson learned). Unfortunately, I think there were some things lost in translation through the recruiters, and I was pretty surprised to hear they went with another candidate. From application (via recruiter) to declination was 6 weeks.
