Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 video interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, and members of the team. I was told about the role, asked questions and given the opportunity to ask my own questions in each interview. The process was efficient and productive. I felt like each interview provided both myself and the Goodway employees the chance to get to know each other to make sure it was the right fit.

The Interview Process was very smooth and informative! The Talent acquisition team was very kind and thorough, and the interviewers were also very friendly and asked very good questions. Everything from Scheduling to meeting had no hiccups and everyone was very much on top of their responsibilities of relaying information and timelines.

Interview
Within a week of applying for the position, I received an email from the recruiter requesting availability for a phone interview, as well as, links to complete their official employment application, a Wonderlic test and a DISC pysch profile ahead of the . A screening interview was scheduled a couple of weeks out. The phone interview took about 50 minutes to complete, she requested very detailed examples regarding projects, team etiquette, etc. Before interviewing with the hiring manager, I had to complete an Excel assessment in less than an hour (they're serious about making sure you can quickly and effectively scrub & analyze data).
The hiring manager then contacted me the next day to schedule a video Skype interview. The video interview was similar, but a more detailed, deep dive into the expectations of the role. I received a formal offer shortly after.
The process was probably the most rigorous interview process I've ever experienced. When they follow up on your references, they request details of your work ethic and examples of your achievements. Their meticulous process only excited me to know that they specifically harvest only the best of the best, which potentially improves your overall work experience and satisfaction.
