Intense hiring/interview process. Initial interview after speaking with a representative at my university's career fair. Next interview was at their headquarters in Akron, Ohio which was an all day ordeal including orientation, and three separate interviews with various members of their organization.

Received a call from a recruiter from the company and answered some preliminary questions. Then was invited to take part in a group interview with a member from HR and a member of the team. The questions were textbook common situational and behavioural type questions. Thought the interview went well but never heard back from the recruiter after the interview.
