Interview
Starts out online, then a phone interview followed by an in depth in person interview with HR. Then there is mental and physical health requirements of which one must pass. Then a second interview with HR Then you will be given a conditional offer biased on your ability to pass a drug screening. Process is somewhat standardized throughout.

Interview
30 minutes long, met with 2 different people. Loud inside and plenty of moving machines and trucks. Crazy place to go into and see. Nice people but slow process. Excited to get the process started but I didn't hear anything for weeks.

The interview process was fair. The actual job responsibilities did not match the description. Front office expectations did not match actual job. Lack of knowledge on interviewing. Desperate to get a body into the position.
