Typical screener interview with recruiter, followed by a 1 on 1 with the hiring partner, followed by multiple interviews with other partners. Hiring partner interview goes over your work history, experience, what you are looking for, and asking about specific work you’ve done in the past. In my experience, I was also asked by about my career objectives and other personal questions. The final interviews are more about figuring out your background and determining if you are the right fit. Overall, everyone was very friendly and transparent. Those who are good communicators will do well, but I can see those who get nervous easily feeling intimidated.
