phone interview first. Basic questions what I do what I have done. Not really specific due to the fact that I've been doing this for more than a decade. I've done all kind of design types so there was no need to ask about it. After phone there was a face to face meeting more in lines of general questions about my future plans and goals. I had a good feeling about my manager at that time.
