Recruiter reached out to pre-interview and qualify me. This was a brand new company so there was no information on the company. Had in-depth phone interview with sitting (temporary CMO) about the company, the roles and responsibilities. Setup in-person interview with 5 members of the team. 5 person team included CTO, CEO, CPO and a director on the marketing team. Questions revolved around approach to marketing and customers. CEO was focused on the culture and how I would fit in with the vision of the group.
