They seemed to be a company with a great culture and I was thrilled with the possibility of maybe joining them since the work they do is familiar to me, The interview was super nice and relaxed, talking about experiences and tech stack. However, they lack communication with the candidates (at least in my experience), since it's been more than a month and I have had no answer and have been hanging here while they, and i quote, still consider my application. I swear I understand delays and all that, but this is just disrespectful.
