Gradiant (Spain) interview questions

They seemed to be a company with a great culture and I was thrilled with the possibility of maybe joining them since the work they do is familiar to me, The interview was super nice and relaxed, talking about experiences and tech stack. However, they lack communication with the candidates (at least in my experience), since it's been more than a month and I have had no answer and have been hanging here while they, and i quote, still consider my application. I swear I understand delays and all that, but this is just disrespectful.

Tardaron dos meses en agendar primera entrevista, en general poco responsivos y creo que es obvia la desorganización interna. La entrevista fue muy incómoda, una de las personas en la llamada estaba haciendo otras cosas, no reciben positivamente las preguntas que hagas del rol o de la empresa. Fueron correctos durante la entrevista aunque burocráticos. Da la impresión que valoran mucho más el tener un certificado que la experiencia necesaria. Aunque no me han seleccionado, pocos meses después han vuelto a publicar el rol. No es buena señal
