I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grandstream Networks (Boston, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The process is quick. First, you get a phone call with a senior engineer to ask you basic questions about networking concepts. Second, you go to the office for another interview; most interview questions are technical.
The senior engineer who interviewed me was a young kind person. However, you'd better know your stuff because he will use every word you say to ask you more questions! Don't even try to BS him, he pays attention to every word you say.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grandstream Networks (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Apply through school career fair , then they sent me a quiz (dont worry!! It is easy, you can google online. need to reply within a week). Then they give me the onsite. It is a 1:1 interview. Basically talking about your resume and introduce their company. No deep technical questions.
