The initial contact was a visit to the company and meet with MD. We discussed generally about the business and its prospect in the industry. Then we taiked about my work experience and achievements. We went on to discuss what i can do for thr business if hired in the desired position. Later telephone discussion were held to discuss likely time to start if hired and flexibility to be available at the earliest time of 30days. A few days later, an offer letter was sent. Further email exhanges and telephone discussion followed to clarify grey areas in the roles and responsibilities, performance expections/ KPIs and the compensation.
