I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gray Reed & McGraw (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I interview as a part of my school's OCI process. The interviewer was rude and uninterested. The interviewer spent the entire time discussing his role and the associate program. During the last minute, the interviewer asked me if I had any questions. I asked one question, and the interviewer gave me a one-word response and then concluded the interview.
OCI process through your school, they were so sweet, and an amazing firm. You apply through your online school process and then interviewed in the law school, and then i got a call back and interviewed for 2 hours at the Dallas office.
Very friendly. Really wanted to make sure it was a good fit. Clearly a place where culture is important. Series of interviews with multiple attorneys, including department head and managing partner.
