Multiple interviews, first bar or FOH manager then passed on to the MP. Once offered job training takes about two weeks. Training is relatively hard and do have to study to pass.

Interview
In person with the manager. After you fill out a short application you wait for the manager to come over. They will sit you down in a empty table at a closed section. Usually they schedule interviews for that middle time of the day that's between lunch and dinner rush. Lots of easy questions about you, your background, why they should hire you, etc. I think they're mainly trying to see how you talk and your personality. Would a guest want to her or talk to this person.
