I had one phone screening with an HR representative. Within a couple of days, they reached out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was over the phone because of distance. I was offered the internship within a couple of days after my interview.

It was laid back with a junior recruiter. The questions were mostly behavioral and flowed from my answers. It was comfortable and I expected a call back as I felt it went well and the role did require much as an intern but I did not get it.
