Greater Cleveland Partnership interview questions

Two interviews separated by about 3 weeks. The internship positions were an internal request to current employees. The panel was two person and in a formal conference room. It wasn't rushed and the hiring managers seemed knowledgeable of the position and it's requirements.

Standard phone screen interview with future employer, conducted by a senior level of management who will be your direct boss. They preferred coming into the office, but I couldn't so they were very accommodating with my schedule.
