Applied online, got a call for a phone interview a couple weeks later with someone from HR. First asked me to walk through my resume. Then asked a lot of behavioral questions. The next week I went for an in-person interview that started with an assessment. Had a panel interview with someone from HR, the rotation coordinator, and a plant manager. Asked more behavioral questions. Total time lasted just under 2 hours. Had a final phone interview the following week with HR and the rotation program coordinator. More behavioral-style questions.
