3 rounds of interviews in total 1 written assignment after the first interview, 1st interview was with HR and your line manager 2-3 rounds of interviews with HR, line manager and director

I first got a call for a panel interview. It was quite tedious. It was lengthy with all panelists asking questions, some were personal, while some were work-related. I waited for about a month to get another call. This time they have asked me to complete a series of tests related to the job. Basically to write a communication plan and mock-ups. I was given only about a day to do this. After this, I then called in for the final panel interview.
