I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gregg's Cycles (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was a very nice interview over the phone, talking about the company, the role responsibilities, and then a discussion about personal background and role alignment. They talked about sales and service roles.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gregg's Cycles (Bellevue, WA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Pretty laid back. Just asked some questions about who I was or my interest in cycling. If you have a brain you can probably pass. Make sure to give vague or superficial answers to sales question. For example they asked me a question on "how I decide what to buy and what the most important factor is". most people say simplistic answers like price or aesthics. I said something like "I evaluate the pros and cons of each product and deciding how that fits in my personal agenda". They were super impressed by that.
