There were a couple of technical rounds, mostly python leetcode stuff. Then a one on one with the founders which was in LA at their office. Then meeting some of the team.

Interview
Two-hour long first interview and then a company onsite. The first interview was very interesting. The onsite was 6+ hours long in their LA office and for a large chunk of time multiple interviewers were working on their laptops at the same time during the interview. It felt wasteful of mine and everyone's time. Communication was also very hard, with long periods of silence from the company. They seem to pride themselves on asking quirky questions.
