Gridspace interview questions

1) Super long packet to go through with a guaranteed interview afterwards 2) An interview with an internship coordination/swe that’s more behavior. What do you do in your free time, what interesting questions have you been thinking of? etc. Overall super friendly. 3) Interview with the CTO (Anthony); he was clearly doing other things during the chat and overall unfocused. Short and a total waste of both our times. After going through this process they don’t even have the decency to give a response until multiple follow up’s. It’s rare for small companies to be this flippant so it’s speaks to the their character/culture

The in-office interview experience included standard elements but was marred by lack of professionalism, particularly during the behavioral questioning. The co-founders appeared disengaged, often conversing among themselves and exhibiting a condescending attitude. The interview process included numerous irrelevant questions that did not align with the role's responsibilities. Given that the position remains open and unfilled, it is clear that they don't know what they're looking for. As previously mentioned in another review, the company flat out fails to follow up with candidates despite the significant time commitment required for the interview.
